TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2026

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

Terms & Conditions

• Offer: A 20% discount on the first 3 days of the Women’s week will be applied to purchases made during the Early Bird promotion period.
• Promotion Period: The discount is valid from 8^th October 2025 for a limited time offer.
• Eligibility: The offer applies only to tickets purchased through www.dubaidutyfreetennischampionships.com and www.ticketmaster.ae during the promotion period. No retroactive discounts will be granted.
• Limitations:
  • The discount applies to all WTA ticket categories: Grandstand, Prime A, and Prime B.
  • The discount applies to the first 3 days of Daily, Season, and Package tickets.
  • The Early Bird discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts such as Amex DDF Co-branded Card and Aviation Club Members.
• Non-Transferable: The Early Bird discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Refunds: Strictly no refund will be applied on all ticket purchases.
• Modification and Cancellation: The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Restrictions on the number of tickets to be purchased:

Grandstand – maximum 4 tickets per transaction.
Prime A– maximum 4 Season tickets per transaction.
Prime B– maximum 4 Season tickets per transaction.

• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may not be re-sold or transferred by anyone other than the organisers. On any unauthorized re-sale or transfer, tickets become null and void and the holder will be refused entry or ejected from the venue. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket advertised with the intent of reselling for profit or commercial gain.
• Tickets are valid to all matches scheduled on the specified date and designated court only.
• Tickets are non-refundable in the event of match cancellations, and the public will be informed accordingly if matches are rescheduled the following day due to inclement weather. Refunds for tickets are only processed when the entire event is cancelled for reasons other than force majeure.
• Organisers accept no responsibility on any loss and misuse of the tickets and entry is validated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Mobile phones and use of flash photography are not permitted while play is in progress.
• Video recording is forbidden at any time on all courts.
• Children aged 3 and above must have a ticket.
• The e-ticket must be presented on a Mobile device or as a PDF and exchanged for wristbands at the Stadium ‘Gate’ entrances, where stadium ushers will secure the wristbands to the spectators’ wrists.
• Fixed/ Numbered seating for Prime A ticket holders in North, East and West Stands.
• Reserved seating for Prime A ticket holders for Sponsors and Sponsor guests in Sponsor-designated areas in the North, East and West Stands for both Women’s and Men’s weeks.
• Fixed/Numbered seating for Prime B ticket at the North Stand for both Women’s and Men’s weeks.
• Fixed/Numbered seating for Lower Grandstand tickets at the East and West stands of the stadium for Men’s week and free seating for Women’s week.
• Ticket holders of Upper and Lower Grandstands during Women’s Week, and the Upper Grandstand during Men’s Week, are entitled to free seating in the East and West Stands, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Transfers between stands are not allowed at any time.
• Lower Grandstand ticket holders must enter through their assigned gate and sit in their designated seats during the Men’s week either in East or West stands. Transfers between stands s are not allowed at any time.
• Ticket holders can also avail of seating on Courts # 2 and 4 on a first-come first-served basis as seats on Courts # 2 and 4 are limited and subject to availability.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the stadium and is allowed at designated area only.
• The public are prohibited from sitting on seats designated for the ‘Media’ and ‘Sponsor’ areas.
• Organisers accept no responsibility on any loss and misuse of the tickets and entry is validated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No ticket holder may: (a) continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the Tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose); and (b) film, photograph, broadcast, stream, publish, transmit and/or otherwise offer to the public (or assist any third party in offering to the public), on a live or on a delayed basis, in whole or in part, and whether on a free basis or subject to payment, any sound recording, photograph, video footage, motion picture, film and/or other audio-visual content captured by any means whatsoever inside the Tournament site (except as is allowed in the Tournament Accreditation Policy). The continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devises within the confines (spectator area) of the tournament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly credentialed media, tournament vendors and tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties.

E-tickets will be issued on purchases made online via www.ticketmaster.ae
